I sincerely cannot say enough about the extraordinary job that Sam and Ramsey did installing my new basement flooring. My jaw literally dropped when I walked down to see the final product. So far above and beyond my expectations! Sam and Ramsey were such a joy! Working with The Carpet Guys was an easy process. I selected Fantasia carpeting in the color Gravity and I love it! I own 4 dogs and 2 cats so I went with the upgraded padding. The ordering process was easy. The Carpet installation team came today and we're very polite and efficient. The Carpet looks great! I also love that i chose the Hollywood style stairs. I highly recommend The Carpet Guys
