What’s the Super Service Award
The Super Service Award is given only to the top companies on Angie’s List’s website. In 2009, only five percent of companies were able to win it, so it’s a big deal.
Each company is held to a specific standard by the following criteria:
- Maintain an A rating on overall reports
- Minimum number of negative reports
- Good standing with the Better Business Bureau
It isn’t easy to meet the criteria all the time, so companies give everything they’ve got to stay on track.
Angie’s List keeps their data honest and accurate. They set themselves apart from free review sites by:
- Rejecting anonymous reviews
- Collecting certified data
- Interceding on bad deals with their complaint resolution team
- Responding to reports
- Providing the whole story to the users
